IT Helpdesk Support

This will be a temporary to permanent position, with your payroll initially going through an agency.

As the IT Technical support analyst, you will be responsible for supporting users with 1st and 2nd line infrastructure support ensuring the stable operation of the in-house computer Technology infrastructure, inc Server, desktop and telephony operations based in the UK+I offices and support of the remote user base.

You will be the interface between the various business departments, vendors and IT in order to plan and execute Infrastructure related project tasks and assisting corporate/regional IT, installing, configuring, maintaining and supporting the environment


Requirements

The technologies we use and it would be helpful if you have supported some of these in a corporate environment are MS Windows 7/10 and Office 2016/O365 application suite technologies, Windows Server 2008 - onwards, SCCM Administration, Avaya CM6 IPT and around the Apple product portfolio.

You will be reporting to Mark Warren (check him out on LinkedIn by clicking his name, we think he’s worth working for!), you will also work with Dave Peters and Andrew Bryce and Matthew Halls, the culture in this team is friendly, supportive and high performing.
