As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Team, Private Hospitals & NHS customers. We also provide support to Aesthetics Clinics throughout the country.

We pride ourselves on our relationship based customer service approach and you will be required to apply your previous phone based customer skills to resolving supply chain issues, complex orders, supporting the field sales team with their enquiries. You will also work with Head of Customer Services, Nick Meakin and VC/PH Customer Service Manager, Joanna Bridger check them out too.

Requirements

The nature of our industry means that your previous experience of working with customers on the phone, working to deadlines and being able to process orders will be essential.

Our Process:

Stage 1

If you are successful we will ask you to undertake a video interview in the first instance. We use video interviewing because it’s easier for you to manage your busy work schedule and you don’t have to take time off to take this first step. It also allows us to have our Managers personally review each interview and select who should come in for interview, they don’t have to take someone else’s word for which candidates bring the right skills to the table. We believe that a CV is such a small part of who you are that this platform allows you to show us the very best of what you can offer.


Stage 2

If you are successful you will then be invited into the office for an in person interview with our managers or a panel. We try and get everyone's diary to align but that doesn't always fit with your schedule so you may have to do a final interview with any missing decision makers. This can often be done by live video interview if you are struggling to get time off work. We don't interview in the evenings because work life balance is so important to us.
