As a Territory Business Manager for Visioncare you be responsible for developing new Business within independent opticians in the midlands territory, the area covered is Shrewsbury to King’s Lynn and Luton to Nottingham. You will be increasing sales growth and profitability through segmentation and strategic development of accounts to maximise your time and effort in the field. Working closely with Business Owners, Optometrists and practice staff to ensure Bausch + Lomb contact lenses brands are leading in the practice.

Requirements

You will apply your skills and knowledge of Business development, Business planning, Segmentation, Market analysis to develop a key strategy to grow your territory sales revenue. You will work with Sarah Churchill (check her out on LinkedIn by clicking here we think she’s worth working for!), Your Business Unit leader is Amy Rothwell.


You don’t have to have worked in this sector before. We think it’s helpful to have experience of working within a corporate sales environment perhaps with customer bases such as Pharmacies, Dentist and other high street medical services to succeed in
this role. You’ll be using your formal sales training to leverage your new-found knowledge of the science of the eye so make sure you have dusted off those training manuals and are all refreshed before your interview.
